As President of Forster Harvard Development Corp., Blair is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, creating the vision for every project and upholding relationships with partners and clients, while working closely with the team during all stages of the development.

Blair has over 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry where he has specialized in land acquisition, development management, project management, financing, and leasing of residential and mixed-use commercial projects totalling almost 10 million square feet.

Forster Harvard Development Corp. currently has eight active projects under development in Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba representing 3 million square feet of commercial mixed-use space and 1,000 acres of residential land.

As Chief Financial Officer, Lamont is responsible for all financial aspects of the company, including Strategic Planning, Banking, Financing, Cash Flow Management, Budgeting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Financial Reporting.

Lamont has over 35 years of experience as a Chartered Professional Accountant.  Before joining Forster Harvard Development Corporation, Lamont spent 34 years in Financial Services at the University of Regina in progressive roles serving as the University’s Associate Vice President of Finance.  Lamont started his career at KPMG where he received his Chartered Accountant designation.

Lamont is excited and honored to be in the Chief Financial Officer role and work with the highly skilled, professional team at Forster Harvard Development Corporation.  Lamont looks forward to building strong, lasting relationships with the various partners, banking professionals, and suppliers.

Since joining the retail real estate industry in 1993, Dan has become a specialist in shopping centre leasing, including evaluating tenant mix, developing leasing strategies, project marketing, and lease negotiations. As Vice President, Retail Leasing, Dan is responsible for implementing and overseeing the leasing of Forster Harvard Development Corp.’s retail portfolio. Dan’s experience has led him to participate in various successful large-scale retail projects throughout Western Canada; building key relationships with industry leading retailers, brokers, developers and consultants.

As Vice President, Marketing & Operations for Forster Harvard Development Corp., Alicia is responsible for planning and implementing business strategies and optimising operational capabilities and resources in support of the company’s growth and long-term success.  Alicia has over 25 years of experience and oversees the day-to-day operations of the company including marketing, information technology, and human resources.  Alicia is committed to ensuring the team has the tools they need to be successful in their job.

As Vice President, Development & Construction for Forster Harvard Development Corp., Nathan oversees all Development and Construction activities and works closely with the Leasing teams in managing various future and concurrent construction projects across Western Canada. Nathan has over 20 years of experience in leading a team, working with consultants, contractors, and suppliers and managing large projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and cost management. Nathan has a Construction Engineering diploma from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and he recently obtained his PMP designation and Masters Certificate in Project Management (MCPM) through the University of Saskatchewan Edwards School of Business.

Born and raised in Regina, Shawna worked in the local commercial construction industry for over seven years before joining the FHDC team as Project Manager, Development & Construction. With a background primarily on the general contracting side, she brings a practical perspective and valuable experience to our construction team. Shawna is actively involved in the construction process for multiple concurrent commercial projects and is committed to building great relationships as well as great buildings. Shawna recently obtained her PMP designation and Masters’s Certificate in Project Management (MCPM) through the Schulich School of Business – York University in Toronto, ON.

Kolby, is from Regina, SK.  Prior to joining the FHDC team, he dedicated over two years to the manufacturing sector, followed by an additional two years in planning and development within a local residential real estate and property management firm. With a specialized focus on development, Kolby offers extensive expertise in pre-construction processes spanning various markets. In his role as Project Coordinator, Development & Construction, he actively oversees both commercial and residential development initiatives, while also providing invaluable support for ongoing and planned construction projects. Furthermore, Kolby is recognized as an Engineer-in-Training by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Saskatchewan (APEGS).

Stephanie joins the Forster Harvard team as the Office & Leasing Coordinator. Stephanie has a sharp eye for detail and a passion for fostering connections and building community. A Regina native, she brings over seven years of experience in various Office Coordinator roles and holds a degree in Business Administration with a major in Human Resources Management from the University of Regina.
