Blair Forster

President

As President of Forster Harvard Development Corp., Blair is responsible for sourcing new opportunities, creating the vision for every project and upholding relationships with partners and clients, while working closely with the team during all stages of the development.

Blair has over 30 years of experience in the real estate development industry where he has specialized in land acquisition, development management, project management, financing and leasing of residential and commercial projects.

Blair spent 24 years with Harvard Developments where he oversaw Harvard’s Canadian Real Estate division and developed over 6 million square feet of retail space, followed by six years as a joint venture partner and President of Forster Projects.  Blair is honoured to solidify this long-term relationship on a permanent basis with the formation of Forster Harvard Development Corp.

Darryl Meier

Chief Financial Officer

As Chief Financial Officer for Forster Harvard Development Corp., Darryl is responsible for overseeing all matters as it relates to financial management, including financing, accounting, financial analyses and projections, and banking.  Darryl has nearly 30 years of real estate development experience, including leasing/sales, design, construction, financing and accounting.

Over his career, Darryl has worked closely with Blair and has been involved with the successful development of over 6 million square feet of retail space and has been instrumental in securing over $500 million of financing. Darryl’s invaluable experience has made him a respected and knowledgeable source in the industry and with our financial partners.

Chad Jedlic

Vice President, Development

As Vice President, Development for Forster Harvard Development Corp., Chad oversees the implementation of the company’s commercial and residential projects including leasing, municipal approvals, construction, and parcel & lot sales. Chad joined Harvard in 2007 and has experience in office and retail property management, as well as land development and land investment. Chad is a past Director of the Canadian Home Builders’ Association and past Chair of the Regina & Region Home Builders’ Association. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science from Trent University (Ontario) and an MBA from the Seidman School of Business (Michigan).

Dan Woychuk

Vice President, Retail Leasing

Since joining the retail real estate industry in 1993, Dan has become a specialist in shopping centre leasing, including evaluating tenant mix, developing leasing strategies, project marketing, and lease negotiations. As Vice President, Retail Leasing, Dan is responsible for implementing and overseeing the leasing of Forster Harvard Development Corp.’s retail portfolio. Dan’s experience has led him to participate in various successful large-scale retail projects throughout Western Canada; building key relationships with industry leading retailers, brokers, developers and consultants.

Alicia Forster

Vice President, Marketing & Operations

As Vice President, Marketing & Operations for Forster Harvard Development Corp., Alicia is responsible for the planning, development and execution of integrated marketing activities, multimedia campaigns, brand management and digital strategies for the company and the projects.  Working closely with the team, Alicia is actively involved in every stage of the development process and provides direction for tenant coordination.  Alicia has over 25 years of experience and oversees the day-to-day strategic operations in support of the company’s growth and success, including information technology, personnel, purchasing and administration.

Grant Marinier

General Manager, Construction

As General Manager, Construction, Grant is responsible for facilitating all facets related to construction throughout the development of projects for Forster Harvard Development Corp., including pre-construction estimating, feasibility, design, tendering and implementation.  Grant is approaching 15 years of experience managing light industrial, residential, commercial, retail and civil construction projects.  Grant’s attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to stay on track while managing multiple large-scale projects, make him a valued asset to the team.

Veronica Eno

Development Manager

Veronica has over 20 years of public and private sector experience in land use planning and land development. As Development Manager for Forster Harvard Development Corp., Veronica is responsible for the management and administration of all aspects of on-site development for Winnipeg projects including overseeing due diligence/planning, municipal approvals, design, financial analyses, financing, leasing, scheduling, construction, and tenant liaison. Veronica joined Harvard in 2015 and has been responsible for overseeing the initial stages of development for SEASONS and will continue to manage the build out while investigating new opportunities within the Winnipeg market.

Taylor Beattie

Development Manager

As Development Manager for Forster Harvard Development Corp., Taylor’s primary responsibilities include the management of Regina project deliverables, the coordination of tenants and consultants and assisting with due diligence on prospective projects; other duties include bookkeeping, property management and investor reporting.  Prior to joining Forster Projects is 2016, Taylor worked in multiple roles for a residential construction and property management company before transitioning into contract work as an Asset Manager for a private portfolio of residential, commercial and industrial real estate assets. Taylor earned his degree at the University of South Carolina where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration majoring in Finance.

Donna Hoffman

Development Coordinator & Leasing Assistant

Donna has over a decade of office management experience in commercial and residential real estate development.  As Development Coordinator & Leasing Assistant for Forster Harvard Development Corp., Donna is responsible for general office management, coordinating administrative duties for Development and Construction and providing support to Leasing.  As an integral part of the team, Donna is the liaison for customers, clients, consultants and partners.
