About the Role:
Forster Harvard Development Corp. is seeking an experienced Development Manager to lead residential, commercial, mixed-use, and land development projects. Reporting to the Vice President, Development & Construction, this role manages the full development lifecycle—from site evaluation and due diligence through municipal approvals, design coordination, construction support, and project closeout.
What You’ll Do:
• Lead project planning, proformas, budgeting, and financial analysis
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary consultant teams and technical studies
• Navigate Saskatchewan’s planning and municipal approval processes
• Manage stakeholder engagement, risk mitigation, and investor/leadership reporting
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with quality and sustainability standards
What You Bring:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in real estate/land development, project management, construction, or related fields
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related discipline (preferred)
• Professional designations such as PMP, MCIP, RPP are strong assets
• Strong analytical and financial skills; excellent communication and relationship-building
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt within an entrepreneurial, fast-changing environment

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 (commensurate with experience)
